Consultation Stage
The very first thing we do after the initial communication, be it a phone call, or WhatsApp chat, or email, is to schedule a free consultation meeting. This is done possibly at the location where the virtual tour may be required. The goal is to understand the clients needs, and work to wards the best possible outcome of the project. Being at the location that may require the virtual tour creation allows us to quickly survey the place so that we can be in a position to provide information to the client that may empower them in making a sound, and a knowledge based decision.
What we do;
We listen intently to the client to understand what they want to accomplish by creating a 360º Virtual Tour. If they are very well versed with Virtual Tours, then we strengthen their views. We review the area that needs to be photographed. By doing so we are able to calculate roughly how many points of imagery captures are needed to best represent the business. If they are not aware of the benefits of having a virtual tour, we key them in the benefits, and the expected ROI. exposure and ROI.
If the client decides to move forward, we prepare all necessary documents that need to be signed including invoices, agreements and disclaimers. We offer two quotes, one is for what we consider to be the best option for maximum exposure an ROI, and the second is minimized quote just for being online and getting reasonable
What the client does;
Should the client decide to move on with the project, they informs the responsible people to procure any clearance papers needed, get clearance with security (in case of malls, banks, and places that house multiple businesses), inform the responsible parties to keep the place clean (remove smudges, arrange furniture for show, keep it as you would like your most important clients/cusomers to see it) and ready for imagery capture and informs them to make sure the place is well lit.
