Recently, we received a message via WhatsApp from Muscat Furniture. In a very brief summary, without saying it, we learnt that their total focus is to put the customer first.

In short, as I talked to the marketing person, I could see their whole-hearted desire to make sure that Muscat Furniture stands out and is the best it can be in taking care of thier customers. The stories shared about how they have accommodated customers just blew my mind. They were corporate, but personal! A mix that is very rare.

Basically, they wanted to put the customer first and to know from as many a customer as possible how they felt, so the best way is to get reviews from them. Muscat Furniture responds to the reviews and learns from them, to make sure that every next customer gets the best treatment possible. This was the reason for getting NFC Review Cards & Table Stands. With every review, they get an edge over their competition in every wilaya where their store is.

The virtual tour just brings more eyeballs to their business, which eventually ends in the showroom. Which is the whole point! Let the viewer feel immersed and totally present at the location, so much so that they should want to come to the location.
