Your appointment request will be matched and cross-verified with our scheduler to make sure there is no prior appointment scheduled or confirmed at the same time. The scheduler is automated, but confirmations are only made by humans after we receive your information and make a phone call to you, or send you a WhatsApp message. So please submit the right email address and phone numbers in the forms to avoid delays and appointment cancellations.

Please make sure before you schedule an appointment that you are free on the day that you selected at the time slot you selected. Our Google Certified Pros are prompt and will not waste your time. We expect the same professional respect and courtesy from you.

If you are not available or you have to change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time. 2 missed appointments are all that we will accept, after that, we will not entertain any further requests.
