Google My Business / Maps Claim, 360 Virtual Tour Pricing & Options

We all know that all businesses are different in many ways including size, budgets, outlook, expectations etc.

So in the real world, there is not a “One-for-All” solution. As such we have put our packages with different categories of businesses and needs in mind. We are also flexible to make sure we achieve our goal, which is “to help other businesses get the right exposure”, this means that sometimes we have to make certain adjustments that are of mutual benefit to us and our clients.

A virtual tour comprises a variable number of spherical (360) images connected in a logical flow to introduce a prospective client or customer into the interior of your facilities open to the public.

✢ In order for a business to enjoy the full features and benefits of the Google My Business account, the business MUST be claimed and the business ownership must be verified. If you have not done this for your business yet, you may want to do it now. We understand that it is a little harder to complete this process fast, but we know how to get it done. We can help you get this done as part of the process. Please note that “typically” Google does not allow residential addresses to be used as business locations, however, Oman has different rules with respect to businesses in residential buildings along an open business street. So we handle this on a case, by case basis. The business owner must provide a copy of an official Omani government valid certificate indicating their location, business address, etc. After insertion, the business owner is responsible to “close”,  “remove” or “transfer location” of their business from Google, once they close their business or move to another location.

* Number of spherical images needed will depend on the premises (size & branching etc.), an open area needs fewer spherical images compared to a compartmentalized building (for example restaurants or dentist offices).

** IF the owner provides a logo, it can be inserted into all spherical for an additional one-time payment of OMR 10.000 only. After publishing a tour, changes to the logo in the published tour will incur a cost ranging from OMR 10.000 to OMR 150.000 depending on the size of the business (the number of spheres to be edited). Basically, the tour will need to be re-edited and re-published. However, if the business changes (aesthetically) significantly, then a new tour can be created and a new logo can be submitted.

***Custom Tour or Hosted Tour uses the base Google Maps tour (that we create). The tour is then custom hosted and adds layers of more interactive features such as hotspots (clickable to display additional information about the place or image seen in the tour), or link to website or video, or even audio in some cases. The cost for these services varies and repeats yearly with the possibility of increasing if hosting and other fees increase, (you can pay monthly). Please contact us if you need a quote for these features. Hosting services are provided by 3rd parties and they may increase these fees minimally from year to year, we will give you related quotes if needed.

♠ For self-hosted tours, we capture the tour (the pricing is based on the package you choose), first 2 packages we publish on Google. However, if you do not want to publish on Google OR in addition to Google if you want to host the tour on your company servers, we provide customization for that (for a fee). We can add video, audio, or static images to the tour. Once you are happy, instead of paying monthly as in the case of the Custom Tour, you only pay once for the code which we furnish you and your webmaster can put it on your website.
